Varun's New Company, Ram says he was reluctant to play this character

Varun's New Company

Here comes busiest young hero Varun Sandesh who delivers movie after movie irrespective of the fate those flicks meet at box office. The actor is pretty excited about his latest company and here goes the story.

His latest company and companion happens to be a BMW 5 series sedan he purchased the other day at a show room in Khairatabad. The actor is pretty excited after owning the car, which he personally collected from BWW showroom along with his mother Ramani. Also he got a special pooja done for the vehicle at a popular Lord Hanuman temple in Khairatabad junction before taking it for the first ride. 'More than the destination we reach, it is the company that is important', says Varun Sandesh, highlighting the arrival of this luxury car into his kitty.

But when many of his contemporaries are ending up with Range Rovers and Mercedes Benz two seater vehicles, one wonders what prompted Varun Sandesh to buy a regular model sedan vehicle. Maybe he might have felt that old is gold and also it is reliable.

Ram says he was reluctant to play this character

Hero Ram, who is known for high energy levels, has good following among the masses as well as families. He is one of the few young heroes who have a market of over Rs. 20 crore. After a successful Kandireega, Ram failed to be consistent as his next two films tanked at the box office. After the failures of Endukante Premanta and Ongole Gitta, Ram is trying his hand at mass comedy, Masala.

This film is a remake of Bol Bachchan and Venkatesh is teamed up with Ram for the first time. As per the story, Ram will be doing a gay character in Masala. Accepting such character needs so many guts especially for an actor like Ram who has many fans. Ram says he was reluctant to play this character at the beginning.

Ram gave it a thought for few days before giving the positive nod. He took it as a challenge and did the gay character and is hoping that it will be received well by all sections of audience. 'I just act as a gay due to some unavoidable circumstances and in that process so much comedy is generated. We are confident that this character will click with the audience,' Ram said. Masala will hit the marquee on 14th of November.
