Superstar Rajinikanth and Prince Mahesh Babu are going to compete among themselves this Pongal. As per the reports, “Kochadaiyan” is going to hit the screens for Pongal. It is known that “One” is already in Pongal race. The competition between these films is now attracting audience.

“One” is being made with a budget of around 70 Crores and to get back the money, Sukumar is planning to release this flick in both Tollywood and Kollywood. Film makers are expecting 25% share of profits from Kollywood. If “Kochadaiyan”, gets released for Pongal, “One” may not achieve the expected mark in that region.

In Tollywood too, “Kochadaiyan” is expected to dominate the show. If this happens, Mahesh Babu’s “One” may encounter tough time at the box office. Looks like, Mahesh is in trouble due to this heavy budgeted venture.

Akash as a  young Balayya in Legend?

Puri Akash, son of ace director Puri Jagannath is roped in Balayya’s Legend movie. Guess what, people? Akash is doing young Balakrishna in the upcoming political-drama which is scheduled for release during April 2014.

Boyapati Srinu has justified inclusion of Puri Akash. He said, “Puri’s son Akash will play the younger version of Balakrishna in the film. I had seen his performances in other films and I thought he would be apt for the role. We are yet to shoot with him but I’m confident that he will do well.”

Akash debuted in Chirutha as young Ram Charan and the movie was helmed by his dad. He also played younger versions of super star Mahesh Babu and also power star Pawan Kalyan in Businessman and Gabbar Singh movies, respectively. Akash was also the lead in Tamil-Telugu bilingual super hit movie “Dhoni.” Ease in dialogue and expressing emotions are Aksah’s USPs and hopefully will elevate Legend!
