Pawan kalyan at International Children’s Film Festival
Yes, indeed. The International Children’s Film Festival has concluded a while ago today (November 20th). The festival was inaugurated by Bollywood’s super hit hero Ranbir Kapoor.
The event has been going on for over a week and not a single Tollywood celebrity made their presence at the festival. However, Power Star Pawan Kalyan who has great love for kids has made his presence today being a guest at the festival today.
State Government has extended the call to Power Star to be a guest on the concluding evening and he was there with all love. This becomes the first government event that Pawan has attended too. Pawan gave away awards to the winners, although there was no Telugu movie it was a delight to see Power Star grace the dais. Pawan also spoke on the occasion and expressed his happiness to be part of the evening. He appreciated the winners.

Mahesh's Okkadu in Hindi
Yes, even after 10 years of its Okkadu can still give TV channel good TRP ratings if the movie is telecast today. This was the first movie that gave Mahesh the super star dom. The movie was a big hit those days under Gunasekhar. And Mahesh – Bhumika’s combination was loved by one and all.
Although Bhumika didn’t act with Mahesh later on, Gunasekhar has become a fan of Mahesh after the movie. So much so that he made two more movies with Mahesh later, Arjun and Sainikudu. Arjun was another hit but Sainikudu was a disaster. Okkadu also showcased the art director Tota Tarani’s master class through his Charminar setting.
This super hit movie will now be made into Hindi. Boney Kapoor’s son, Arjun Kapoor will be the hero and Sonakshi Sinha will be the heroine. Boney Kapoor will jointly produce the movie with Sanjay Kapoor.
The movie hasn’t got a title in Hindi but will be directed by debutante Amit Sharma. Watch this space for more details.
