Tollywood Legend ANR recovering well
Akkineni Nageswara Rao, the legendary actor of Tollywood, sometime back announced through media that he has been diagnosed with cancer, the news of which has sent shock waves across the Telugu Film Industry. Though it was known that at one point of time he was suffering with cancer, all these years neither ANR nor his familly members ever came out openly about this. Entire industry celebrated his 90thbirthday last month and were inspired from him regarding his health maintenance.
The latest updates were given by his grandson and actor Sumanth through twitter that ANR has been admitted in KIMS hospital and is responding to the treatment well and he will soon come out hale & healthy and participate in the shoot of Akkineni’s family film ‘Manam’.
Though ANR claims that he is an atheist, going by his attitude and confidence level, he is really a perfect theist, otherwise very few persons of his age have the guts to come out openly and declare about the deadly disease. A real legend.
