Audience: Makers please Wake up and Promote Film Jyo Achyutananda

The recently released romantic entertainer 'Jyo Achuthananda' has received full positive reviews. Is that enough for the success of the film?

Noted producer Sai Korrpati of Vaarahi Productions, who has produced 'Jyo..' must have learnt a harsh truth from the result of his earlier production venture 'Manamantha'. The film starring Mohanlal was met with overwhelming reviews but the box office performance was extremely poor. Even the overseas audiences, who generally encourage content based films, didn't turn up at the theatres screening 'Manamantha'.

Of course, the cast of Manamantha was not notable to Telugu people but that can't be termed a sole reason for the film's poor performance. In that case, 'Bichagadu' wouldn't have become such a gigantic hit. Lack of post-release promotions played a big spoilsport for 'Manamantha'. Makers just got relaxed as the film received positive reviews, instead if they had promoted it, the film would have become one of the acclaimed commercial hits.

Movie lovers, who have already seen 'Jyo Achuthananda' are now appealing to the makers on social media to promote the film and not to let it become another 'Manamantha'.
