Producer Dasari Kiran Kumar whose latest production Siddharth starring popular TV star Sagar is ready for release on 16th of this month has expressed his wish of making a film with his favorite hero megastar Ciranjeevi.
"I am eager to make Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy's biopic as Chiranjeevi's 151st film. And I'm ready to spend any budget on it. I have already listened to script prepared by Paruchuri brothers. This movie will unquestionably be a milestone film for Chiru, like Alluri Seetarama Raju for Krishna and Daana Veera Soora Karna for NTR," stated Kiran who has announced to make films with top stars under his production banner from next year.
In fact, Chiranjeevi has this wish of doing biopic of the freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, the first revolt in India against the British occupation, 10 years earlier than India's First War of Independence (term) of 1857.
Chiru gave the task of writing Uyyalawada's life as film story to Paruchuri brothers. But, due to several reasons he took up a commercial subject Khaidi No 150, remake to Tamil film Kaththi, for his landmark 150th film. Fans demand of doing a wholesome entertainer, rather than a message oriented or periodic drama is reason for Chiru picking the VV Vinayak directing film over other subjects prepared by various writers.
The big question is will Chiru accept Dasari Kiran Kumar's proposal. Nonetheless, the megastar will do his next project under Geetha Arts Banner.
