Megastar Chiranjeevi was the second generation superstar, while the legendary Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao had ruled the Telugu film industry as number one hero for ages in first generation. Both the superstars had acted together in only one movie- Thiruguleni Manishi (1981).
Interestingly, Chiranjeevi and Sr NTR's son Balakrishna haven't associated for a single project thus far. In fact, neither Chiranjeevi collaborated with any of Nandamuri heroes nor Balakrishna has worked as a team with any of mega heroes till date. Apparently, the Nandamuri and mega multistarrer is happening finally.
Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram and mega hero Sai Dharam Tej will work together for a multistarrer film, if latest reports are anything to go by. This crazy project will be helmed by AS Ravikumar Chowdary. Devi Sri Prasad is likely to be music director for the film to be produced by KS Rama Rao.
Currently, script works are happening for the film which will start rolling from December this year. More details about the project will be unveiled soon. Sai Dharam Tej who is awaiting the release of Thikka is doing a action entertainer film with Gopichand Malineni. Tej previously worked with Ravikumar Chowdary for Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham.
On the flip side, Kalyan Ram is presently working for Ism under Puri Jagannadh's direction. If things materialize, this would be first film for Kalyan Ram with Ravikumar Chowdary.
