Director Krishna Vamsi is doing all the right things to generate buzz on his new film Nakshatram. The Sundeep Kishan starrer film has Regina Cassandra and Prakash Raj playing important roles.
Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej will be seen in a cameo as a cop which is going to be the biggest asset for the film. Tej has already joined the unit yesterday. Currently, shooting is progressing in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
Kannada star Sudeep of Eega and Baahubali fame has been roped in to play an important role. Seems like, few well-known artistes from all the southern industries are part of this film which would be helpful for the makers to dub and release it in other languages.
The latest to join the star cast is Pragya Jaiswal, the slender beauty who stole everyone's hearts with Kanche, who will play the role of a fiery cop. With such padding of artistes, Nakshatram will surely raise expectations.
Nakshatram is an ambitious project for Krishna Vamsi as it's been a long time since he delivered a hit. With such prominent actors being part of the film, budget will surely increase from the estimated figure.
Fortunately, producers are giving full support for KV in all the aspects. Although they initially suggested the director to make the film in a given budget, they are now releasing extra funds to obtain a grand output.
