Gautham in " Sriramaraju"?

Superstar Mahesh Babu's son Gautham, who made his acting debut in Mahesh starrer 'Nenokkadine', is gearing up to make his debut in full-fledged role.

As per latest reports, senior writer Nadiminti Narasinga Rao, who provided story for films like Gulabi and Anaganaga Oka Roju, has now written a story based on the situations that inspired Telugu freedom fighter Alluri Sitharamaraju to take up the cause of Independence. He seems to have done enough research on Alluri's childhood to come up with an emotional and hard hitting story. He couldn't think of anyone else but Gautham to play the young Alluri in this prequel to Superstar Krishna's iconic patriotic film 'Alluri Seetharamaraju'.

Nadiminti has reportedly met Mahesh and Krishna to narrate the story and ask their approval to cast Gautham as young Alluri. The father-son duo is yet to take a call on this. If they give their consent, the prequel of 'Alluri Seetharamaraju', with the title 'Sriramaraju' will be the debut of Gautham in lead role.
