Peli Choopulu producer didn't got his investment!

Pelli Choopulu has been declared as the surprise and sleeper hit of this year. According to trade reports, the film has already collected more than 4 times of the film's landing cost i.e confirmed blockbuster. In US alone, the movie raked in 0.5 million dollars so far. While the film is minting money at Box Office and still doing good at the ticket windows, one would expect that producers would be laughing all the way to the bank.

But it isn't the case. The irony is that the film's main producer hasn't got his investment yet and he is still waiting for returns. It's corroborated by none other than one of the producers Yash Rangineni who said that he hasn't received single penny yet. "Only after I receive returns, I can confirm," said Yash Rangineni.

Meanwhile, hero Vijay jocularly added that he needs share in the profits. Directed by Tarun Bhaskar, Pelli Choopulu has Ritu Varma in the female lead. The film received all round applause and is faring well at the marquee. 

However, loopholes in the distribution-exhibition may play spoilsport for the film's original producers. Returns may be delayed but guaranteed. Let's wait and see.
