Tollywood's music became monotonous these days with two impeccably
talented composers dominating the scenario as they score for all the star
heroes. Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman are the ones we are talking about, as they
completed their 50th movie in career already. To be frank, their music became
routine and average stuff these days.
Sometime back, creative reasons pushed Ram Charan and Krishna Vamsi to opt for composer Yuvan Shankar Raja and show Thaman the way out. This happened with Govindudu Andarivadele. And now, Thaman's senior and contemporary Devi Sri Prasad also faced same embarrassment. Displeased with the way DSP is taking huge time to compose tunes for Jr NTR's flick, director Puri Jagan has now replaced him with happening youngster Anup Rubens, while Mani Sharma will score background score.
Probably this closing of doors straight on face is a big jolt for DSP, unlike he feels that it is better to sacrifice one project to give quality output at least for the other. Devisri is scoring for Mahesh-Koratala project too.
