With the news
of Aagadu bombing all over the place and trade reports of the film indicating
that the film is hard to make break-even, Superstar Mahesh Babu has swung into
action to rescue his producers. Mahesh reportedly turned down to take the
"balance" remuneration from 14 Reels Entertainment. Given that
Mahesh's both films Aagadu and One-Nenokkadine didn't fare well at Box Office,
the production house suffered losses. In order to save them from financial
tangle, Mahesh forewent the balance payment.
However, this is not first-time Mahesh has cut his remuneration. Earlier when his film Khaleja was mired in woes and struggling for its release, Mahesh offered to cut his pay for the smooth release of the film. With again Aagadu, Mahesh has once again shown his generous side.
