Mahesh said no to opt Samantha?

You read that right Mahesh doesn’t want this top heroine. Our sources say that Mahesh has asked a director to look for Samantha alternative, lest he will opt out!

We have earlier reported that Mani Ratnam has been planning a multistarrer with Mahesh and Nagarjuna. And Shruti Haasan has been finalized as one of the heroines and Mani Ratnam zeroed in Samantha as second heroine after Aishwarya chose to opt out of the project citing personal reasons.

It is learnt that Mahesh requested Mani sir to reconsider another heroine instead of Samantha. The reason for Mahesh rejecting Samantha could be due to the clash of egos between the two that arose due to the actress’ remark on 1 Nenokkadine movie poster. If this rumor is true then we might never see the beautiful on-screen pair of Mahesh and Samantha again.
