When we talk of Tollywood celebs that have gone under the knife, the first name that instantaneously comes to our mind is of course Ram Charan. The poor guy has had many surgeries done so far but many believe that it has not had a miraculous effect rather it has not enhanced his looks to a greater level.

Ram Charan underwent many surgeries to improve his looks especially for his second film Magadheera. However, his tedious efforts to fit in Bollywood with his multiple makeovers did not grant him success and there were talks that Charan is surviving in Tollywood because of the sustaining craze his father Chiranjeevi commands in the industry and otherwise.

Ram Charan is now in the IBN’s top 10 plastic surgery disasters. Well, that must have come as a shocker to the actor and to his fans. But he is not alone, there are plenty ofactors and actresses who go out of the way to get the perfect 10 looks; some succeed and some fail miserably.
