August is ready to filled with new movie releases

Thanks to the postponement of NTR's Janatha Garage, which was initially supposed to release on Aug 12 but later deferred to Sep 2.  Too many films have lined up to hit the screens this month. While Allu Sirish's Srirastu Subhamastu and Mohanlal-starrer Manamantha have released the first week of this month, several other films are in queue to test their fate at the Box Office.

After a lot of dilly dallying, Venkatesh is coming up with Babu Bangaram and the makers have finally locked the film's release date as Aug 12. Although rumours had it that Sai Dharam Tej's Thikka would be postponed as he don't want to have a clash with his cousin Sirish whose film is in theatres, but latest is that makers have finally decided to release Thikka on 12th as per the initial plan.

Sai Kumar's son Aadi is also in the August race as his Chuttalabbayi is now slated for release on Aug 19. However, trade is a bit worried as all these films are releasing with just one-weak gap and there's a great jostle for screens.

Already Pelli Choopulu is running well at ticket windows and setting cash registers ringing at the Box Office. Sunil's Jakkanna too moderately did well in B & C centres and turned out to be safe project.
