Multi-starrers are the trend and why not
for the double flavor they offer for one ticket,
they are catching up with makers for cost cutting they
offer and fancies of the movie lovers. From Mahesh-Venky’s SVSC they started
second innings in Tollywood we can say and although the second one after that
with Ram-Venkatesh didnt offer as much as we have expected there are few films
on the sets that could offer visual treat to the say the least!
From Bahubali to Venky-Pawan multi-starrer to Ram Charan and
Srikanth’s and then the Akkineni family multistarrer, to Nag-Mahesh’s to
Venky-Ravi Teja to name in the making and due for launch, release at various
levels of production. But there are many more new combinations that are being
born every other day. The latest in the buzz is about a multi-starrer featuring
Nagarjuna and Jr NTR, which seems damn interesting combination worth our wait.
Vamsi Paidipally of the Yevadu fame has come up with a script for
Jr.NTR, but it turned out that it will be made as multistarrer with Nagarjuna
as another hero. Although we dont have official confirmation but the tinsel town birdies
are strongly singing about this. Watch this space for more updates.
