Rajamouli breaks his own VFX record with Baahubali
When it comes to ace director Rajamouli’s movie it has to be a grand affair and that’s what Baahubali team seems doing, going on a spending extravaganza and is set to become the highest budget movie in the Indian cinema for the VFX, beating the likes of Krrish 3 and also Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One.

Baahubali team seems so convinced that the period drama is sure to entertain the masses with more visuals and sources say that the movie’s VFX budget alone will be around 80-85 crores and if these figures are anything to go by then this will become the the highest budget film for Rajamouli surpassing his earlier movie ‘Eega’ too by some 10s of crores. Team Baahubali will be creating and expanding forts, palaces besides some picturesque streams and lakes. The team is also planning for action sequences with unseen and designed animals and Rajamouli’s VFX team started off their work in this regard.

Shobu Yarlagadda, producer of Baahubali said that 90% of the film gas been done with CGI and VFX (4500-5000) shots which make it the highest budget flick ever made in India. Rajamouli’s previous movies were with complex VFX shots, however, this one is many notches higher. We can’t wait to see this movie now, can we?
