Super star Rajni is a demi-god to many of his fans. This status is not the outcome for all his physical efforts but for his natural character of maintaining a simple life style and unmatchable humbleness. Such good qualities of his always create interest among all movie buffs and here is one an incident which describes the extent of Rajini’s simplicity in the actor’s recently-released biography ‘The name is Rajinikanth,’ authored by city-based Ophthalmologist Gayathri Sreekanth.
The superstar visited a temple in Bangalore in the guise of a old man was mistaken for a beggar by a woman, who gave him Rs 10. It is said that once when Rajinikanth was inside a temple in his usual simple dress, he sat down near a pillar for some time. Taking pity on his appearance, a middle-aged Gujarati lady handed him a Rs 10 note, Rajni, though stunned but concealed his emotions, politely took the money and stepped into the shrine.
While he was leaving the temple and heading towards his car, the same lady recognised him and came with her apologies for mistaking him as beggar. The superstar with all humbleness responded by saying that it is indeed God’s way of reminding him every now and then where his place really is and that he isn’t a superstar. Only Rajinikanth can speak with such humility.

Luck is back again for Amala Paul

It seems luck is playing hide and seek game with Amala Paul. She got into limelight in Tollywood with ‘Iddaramiyalatho’ movie with Bunny. Earlier, she acted in a few Tamil films, which were successful. All of a sudden, she got a golden offer from Bollywood for which Tollywood top heroines like Ileana, Kajal, Tammana waited for years.
Megastar Chiru’s super hit film ‘Tagore’ is being remade in Hindi with Akshya Kumar playing the lead role and Amala Paul was offered the heroine’s role. She was on ‘cloud nine’ for getting such an offer so early in her career. All of a sudden, news broke out that Shradda Kapoor was taken in her place but that did not bothered Amala much who maintained her poise.
And again, due to sudden turn of events, it came to know that Shradda was already preoccupied with a couple of projects and could not spare dates for this movie. Again luck turned in favour of Amala, where the hero Akshay insisted and instructed the producers to confirm Amala. This way, luck played hide and seek with her. Let us hope Amala cash on this opportunity.
