Whopping amount for satellite rights of Manam

Legends create records when alive and sensation when they leave.  The sudden demise of ANR made many of his fans and cine lovers feel pain and sorrow for the iconic personality and great actor. But, that was not the end of the journey for ANR, the satellite rights of Akkineni family’s biopic film ‘Manam’ has been sold to Sun TV for a whopping sum of Rs.8 crores just because it is going to be the last movie of the actor. If reports are to be believed, this is the highest price ever paid to the Akkinenni heroes.

The film is all about portraying the characters and the uniqueness of their individuality from a scientific point of view. ANR will be seen playing a boyish type character. He completed his part of shooting and it will take some time to complete the left over part. Shriya and Samantha are playing the leading ladies. 

The notable point here is that though Nagarjuna who produced the movie and owned MAA TV, it is Sun Network who bagged the satellite rights of the film.
