Mahesh Joins with Koratala shiva and team

Mahesh Babu has finally begun shooting for his next film Bharat Ane Nenu (BAN). Directed by Koratala Siva, the film has Mahesh Babu playing the role of Chief Minister and a special set resembling the Assembly has been erected in the outskirts of Hyderabad for the film.

Although film’s shooting began few days ago, Mahesh Babu wasn’t part of the first schedule. With the actor joining the team, the shoot is expected to proceed briskly and Koratala Siva is quite confident about the script this time as well. Their previous film Srimanthudu was a blockbuster.

Interestingly, the film is said to have a strong social message and it remains to be seen what aspect of human life is Koratala Siva going to touch upon this time.

Koratala gave valid reason for not approaching Balayya for Mohanlal's Role

Nandamuri fans have been waiting for a long time to see the two powerful actors from the family, Balakrishna and NTR sharing screen space in a film.

NTR's latest release 'Janatha Garage' would have become that much longed film but Mohan Lal was chosen for the second powerful role in the film. Many opined that the film would have become a much bigger hit if Balayya had played the role that Lal did. Speaking on the same, film's director Koratala Siva said that Balayya won't suit for the role.

Koratala explained valid reason for not approaching Balayya. 'The expectations would be gigantic if Balayya and NTR were cast in a film. People will forget the story and concentrate only on their combinational scenes which will hamper the film. Moreover, the role doesn't suit to Balayya's image,' Koratala reasoned.

Koratala was absolutely right. Mohan Lal played a sensible character in the film with no punch dialogues and heroism elevating scenes. Can the fans of Balayya digest him in such a submissive role?, absolutely not.

The wish of Nandamuri fans would only be fulfilled if both the actors get powerful roles, which is not impossible but almost impossible.  

Mahesh Is Trying To Make Impossible, To Triple Treat His Fans

Stars of yesteryear used to do more than half a dozen films per year. However, times have changed and the current generation star heroes are barely doing one film per year. Amidst this unhealthy trend, can superstar Mahesh Babu make the impossible possible by releasing his next 3 films in a single calendar year?

Mahesh is currently busy shooting for AR Murugadoss's film, which has already been announced to have its worldwide release during summer 2017. From January next year, Mahesh will simultaneously start the shooting of two films, each with Koratala Siva and Vamsi Paidipally. Both will get completed in 2017 itself.

One is sure to have its release in August-October period. The second might also release in November-December period as Deepavali and Christmas seasons fall during that period. If this turns into a reality, Mahesh will be the only and first star hero in a very long time to have 3 releases in a single calendar year.

Even if this target missed, Mahesh's third film will definitely hit screens for sankranthi 2018. With that, Mahesh will for sure have 3 releases in less than 10 months. Fans of Mahesh will have a Triple Treat with very short gaps. 

Mahesh Conditions To Koratala Siva

Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently shooting for his upcoming bilingual film under the direction of AR Murugadoss. He is planning to complete this film by the end of January/February and wants to start Koratala Siva's film.

However, Mahesh told to Siva that he is planning to do 2 films at a time, after completing Murugadoss' film. So, Mahesh gave 10 days in January, 15 days in February and 3 weeks in March for Koratala Siva. Mahesh also asked Siva not to pressurise him for different looks, as he would be doing multiple projects at that time. Sources close to the actor revealed that Mahesh will be working simultaneously with Koratala Siva & Vamsi Paidipally.

Mahesh was disappointed with 'Brahmotsavam's failure, as the film was not able to get a strong opening. Many felt that 'Brahmotsavam' will have an earth-shattering start as it got released after 'Srimanathudu', which was a blockbuster.

So, Mahesh has decided to come up with back-to-back films without any delay. Looking at his lineup, Mahesh should be happy, as he is working with good directors. 

Unstopable JG At Box-office

After watching premiere and early morning shows, critics predicted that young tiger Jr NTR and Mohanlal starrer Janatha Garage would become an average grosser and would provide losses for distributors who bought theatrical rights shelling out high amounts.

Proving them wrong, the film has broken first day non-Baahubali record. The collections tsunami didn't just limit for first weekend. It is still continuing to dominate at box office.

Janatha Garage has collected around Rs 74 to 75 crores worldwide for 13 days is expected to enter 80 crore club mostly within a week days.

NTR's last movie Nannaku Prematho which got extreme positive reports had collected around Rs 50 Cr. The Koratala Siva directed Janatha Garage is unstoppable in its second week is set to break several other box office records, even though it partially impressed critics.

No star hero film is releasing in near future, hence there will be no stopping for Janatha Garage for some more days. Although several small to medium range films are releasing in this and next week, none is a competition for NTR starrer.

It is highly impossible for any film other than Baahubali 2 to smash Baahubali full run collections; Janatha Garage has chances to take second spot by crossing Srimanthudu closing shares, if it can rake 10 more crores.

Koratala Siva Is Next to Baahubali Director RajaMouli?

It's a common scenario in film industry that, actors and directors hike their remuneration for each success they deliver. Likewise, for his next film, talented writer and director Koratala Siva is rumored to have hiked 5 cr pay to what he charged for his last film Janatha Garage which is turning out to be one of the all-time highest grossers. 

Even if these speculations are to be believed, Koratala Siva is still not the highest paid director in TFI. Obviously, with share he is getting through Baahubali series, SS Rajamouli is highest paid director in Tollywood. 

So, Koratala Siva who is said to be demanding Rs 15 crores for his next film that will star superstar Mahesh Babu is second highest paid director.

In fact, his producers may not have the problem to pay Siva such staggering amount as remuneration as he takes care of both- writing and direction departments for his films. What's more, the director is delivering only blockbusters.

Siva has already readied script for his film with Mahesh Babu is giving final touches to it. The movie is likely to go on floors in next year, after Mahesh wrapping up his ongoing project with AR Murugadoss. 

New Scenes Added To Elevate NTR

Director Koratala Siva had initiated the trend of adding new scenes, which were deleted on editing table before the release, after few days of release with his maiden venture Mirchi that featured Prabhas in lead role. Siva added a rain fight and other sequence to the film which helped the film to rake extra collections.

Then, Siva followed the same trend by adding new scenes to his second movie Srimanthudu which had Mahesh Babu in protagonist role. Now, the director is repeating the sentiment for his third movie Janatha Garage too. The director recommended his editor during post-production stages to remove couple of stimulating sequences as to cut runtime.

Siva has now revealed to have added the two new scenes to the film. He said that, these two sequences will further elevate heroism of NTR in the film.

Apparently, NTR surrendered completely before his director Siva. He agreed when Siva told him that the film will have equal importance for Mohanlal and is not high on action, but an intensified drama.

Unlike NTR previous films, Janatha Garage is not a hero-centric film, but a content based film which had less scope for heroism elevation. Although Siva designed and shot few powerful sequences on NTR, he removed it. Now, to the much delight of fans, he has again added them. So, repeats are expected for the film with the new development. 

NTR: The best gift in the form of Janatha Garage To my Parents

Janatha Garage Thanks Meet event was held yesterday in Hyderabad in the presence of most of its leading cast and crew members including Jr NTR, Koratala Siva, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Devi Sri Prasad and producers. 

NTR emotionally affirmed that, he will be indebted to director Koratala Siva for life time for presenting his parents, who completed 60 years by this 2nd, the best gift in the form of Janatha Garage.

"I always used to say that, I would see light of my life one day. I must thank audience for presenting me the light I believed in. This success of Janatha Garage is very special for me. I will do films with extra care from now onwards."

NTR stated that he won't believe in sentiments, so that he casted Samantha, although he was warned of negative omen with Samantha with whom he delivered couple of flops in the past. He then thanked all the artistes and technicians worked for the film. NTR also thanked distributors for having faith in the film.

Siva said that, NTR believed the film to reach heights when he first listened to the script. "While NTR is the prime reason for the huge success, then it is Mohanlal," said Siva. 

NTR Is Still Promoting Janatha Garage!

Generally, actors will promote their movies at maximum a week days after release. However, young tiger Jr NTR with an intention of scoring biggest blockbuster in his career and also to see smiles in faces of all distributors is still endorsing Janatha Garage in small screens and other media. 

What's more, NTR is regularly revealing interesting and memorable incidents occurred while they were shooting for Janatha Garage and what kind of a bond he shared with all the co-stars and technicians. In fact, these strong promotions are helping the movie to mint record collections even after getting mixed response.

As per trade experts, Janatha Garage would not turn out this big hit, if not NTR and other production unit of the film has promoted it vigorously. The core team of NTR's gang in Janatha Garage is also taking part in all the promotional events which is an eye feast for audience watching the garage members together and listening interesting things about the film from them too.

The film Janatha Garage has recovered more than 90% invested money to distributors and it will become safe venture for them mostly by the weekend. However, buyers for several areas are already enjoying profits.

NTR hasn't officially announced his next project. Puri Jagannadh is rumored to have confirmed to take up NTR's 27th film which is likely to be produced by DVV Danayya.

Koratala Siva With Mahesh: Love Yourself

Writer-turned-director Koratala Siva, who has just delivered his third consecutive blockbuster in the form of 'Janatha Garage', has already announced that his next film will be with superstar Mahesh Babu. As per sources close to the director, the film's story draws inspiration from the real life character of Koratala Siva's wife Aravinda.

Like his last two films, Koratala is said to have decided to deliver yet another sensitive, message oriented yet commercial film. The film would underline the importance of loving oneself and the theme is 'Love Yourself'. Koratala's wife Aravinda is heard to have taught him to value his personal life and he has based his film with Mahesh on this sensitive point.

It is also heard that Koratala has impressed Mahesh and got his go-ahead in the first narration itself. Koratala has already prepared the script and he just needs few days to fine-tune it. The project will go on floors in January next year. DVV Danayya will produce this project.

Meanwhile, Mahesh is currently shooting for his new film in the direction of AR Murugadoss. Said to be a stylish action thriller, the film has Rakul Preet Singh playing the female lead. 

NTR's Janatha Garage World Wide Collections for 6 days

Young Tiger NTR's 'Janatha Garage' is unstoppable at the box-office. By the end of 6th day, Janatha Garage collected 61.75 crores. This is the highest number for NTR and the distributors are expecting decent revenues from here on.

Speaking about the collection trend, Uttarandhra Distributor said, "Most of the distributors are likely to enter into the profit zone by the end of this week. Since there are no major releases lined up for this week, we are predicting that Janatha Garage will be steady at the ticket-window for another week".

Koratala Siva: I have plans to so 10 films only!!

With just three films, writer turned director Koratala Siva cemented his place as one of the most successful and noblest directors in Tollywood. Apart from his thought-provoking movies that teach social responsibility, the director is also admired for his simplicity and humility.

In an interview given to a popular news channel recently, Koratala Siva, who hails from a communist background, revealed several unknown facets of his life and future ambitions which increased the respect and admiration for him by leaps and bounds.

At one point, Siva said that he and his wife are firm believers of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and that he plans to do only 10 films and dedicate rest of his life to social service. Siva revealed that his wife had two miscarriages and that they both have decided to spread their social service without planning for children.

The interview shows how much respect Siva has for his wife and her thoughts and how content he is with his simple life. In fact, Siva says he finds more peace and solace in his daily life rather than in filmmaking. Definitely a rare breed of humans in the film industry this man is!

Young Tiger Jr NTR has achieved a rare attainment. His latest outing Janatha Garage has reached $1.5 million mark by today. NTR is now the only Telugu hero to have back to back (Nannaku Prematho & Janatha Garage) 1.5 M films in US. 

NTR's previous film Nannaku Prematho has also crossed the mark. Janatha Garage is fourth million grosser for NTR after Baadshah, Temper and Nannaku Prematho.

Apparently, long weekend has helped Janatha Garage to rake the record collections in overseas and other territories in less numbers of days. 

The film raked $195,875 on Sunday has already grossed over $100k on Monday is expected to enter 2 Million dollar club. Nannaku Prematho also grossed over 2 M.

In fact, Janatha Garage is another million dollar film for Samantha who already has highest number of films in south India to reach the feat. 

The film also marks consecutive $ 1.5 M grosser for director Koratala Siva whose last directorial Srimanthudu collected $2.10 M. 

NTR Want to take a Break?

After scoring a massive blockbuster, any actor will tread very carefully and check multiple times before committing to a project. The same is happening in the case of Young Tiger NTR, who just delivered his career best performance with ‘Janatha Garage’. The movie has brought the Young Tiger back into the game for the top spot.

Naturally, a number of producers and directors are trying to rope in NTR. For his part, NTR has also made it clear in many interviews that he intends to take a small break to spend time with his family, before committing to a new film. He will use this gap to analyse his options and take a call.

If everything goes according to plan, NTR’s next film should hit the screens in summer 2017.

Koratala Siva's Honest Revelations

Writer turned director Koratala Siva is one honest filmmaker is making only blockbusters. This creative genius revealed that, he doesn't know much about the technology of 'camera angles', so he is employing top technicians for his films.

Usually, no popular personality reveals negative sides of them. Apparently, Koratala doesn't bother about how public and critics react, so has honestly shared where he is incapable at. "I don't ever say that I know everything and I can do anything," affirms Siva. 

R Madhi was the cinematographer for Siva's first two films Mirchi and Srimanthudu which both were visual grandeurs. For Janatha Garage, Tirru was employed to handle cinematography. This NTR starrer film too was technically sound.

Janatha Garage didn't have much comedy like Siva's previous films. The director reasons saying, "The film didn't have space. It is indeed not good including comedy forcibly, when narrating serious and content based films."

Koratala also revealed reason for shelving film with Ram Charan. "I didn't have confidence. Although Charan wanted to do the film, I feared whether I could handle him rightly or not," said he.

The director informed to have prepared 10 stories, out of which 3 were already made and 7 other are almost ready to make. "Only thing I needed is to make few changes to these scripts," stated Siva. 

Janatha Garage will be NTR's Highest grosser

There’s no stopping Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage. This emotional action entertainer is running to packed houses in most screens across the Telugu states and ROI. Until Sunday, Janatha Garage collected a worldwide share of nearly 52 crores.

NTR’s previous film, Nannaku Prematho, collected a share of nearly 54 crores worldwide. With this, it’s now crystal clear that Janatha Garage is all set to become NTR’s highest grossing film in his career soon after the completion of noon shows.

Janatha Garage has already become the second film to earn the fastest 50 crore distributor share in Tollywood’s history after Baahubali.

NTR's Janatha Garage Next to Baahubali?

After a series of disappointing films over past few years, Young Tiger NTR's phenomenal rise at box-office has surprised everyone. Tarak's latest film Janatha Garage is zooming past at the box-offices worldwide with solid collections.

Until yesterday, Janatha Garage has collected a whopping Rs. 44.10 crores share at the box-offices across the world. The film is expected to enter the 50 crore club by today, a record only preceded by Baahubali, which attained this feat in just 2 days.

Until Saturday, Janatha Garage collected a distributor's share of Rs. 30.40 crores from Andhra, Nizam and Ceded. Another Rs. 5.20 crores from Karnataka, Rs. 1.45 from Tamil Nadu and Rest of India, Rs. 1.05 crore from Kerala, Rs. 5.10 lakhs and Rs. 90 lakhs from other countries, taking the overall share to Rs. 44.10 crores.

Until a few months ago, an NTR film entering the 50 crore club was a dream for fans. However, Nannaku Prematho  realized their dream previous Sankranthi. And now, Janatha Garage is set to overtake Nannaku Prematho in just 5 days, a record Tarak fans will be proud of.

Mahesh is ready to make use of Janatha Garage Set

Superstar Mahesh Babu is presently busy shooting for his 23rd film being directed by AR Murugadoss. As per a buzz, the production unit is making few amendments to NTR's Janatha Garage set to shoot a fight and a song in it.

The garage set designed by art director AS Prakash was an original and was not based on any other films. The set erected in Saradhi Studio in Hyderabad costed Rs 3 crores for its producers. Most of Mohanlal's episodes in the film were shot in the set.

Now, makers of Mahesh Babu's upcoming film are using it to film their movie. In fact, it is not a new thing as sets constructed specially for one film are customarily used for other movies too. So, Mahesh is going to do hungama where NTR shot for Janatha Garage.

The untitled Telugu, Tamil bilingual film of Mahesh Babu will have its second schedule commences in Chennai from 7th of this month. Then they will move to Mumbai and Gujarat.

Entire production will be wrapped up by December and the makers have plans to release the high budget action thriller film in April, 2017.
