The pre-release business of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas' untitled film is shattering the trade records. Taking many by surprise, the film is said to be clocking over Rs 150 Crore even before its release. This is second highest for a Telugu film only after Baahubali 2 and third highest South Indian film (First being Baahubali 2 and Second being Kabali).
If buzz is to be believed, the Telugu theatrical rights (all India) is estimated to fetch Rs 115 Crore. This is a staggering amount. The Satellite rights / digital rights of Telugu, music rights, Overseas theatrical rights and Satellite rights of Hindi film together expected to get an additional 40 Crore plus.
The Attarintiki Daredi combination of Trivikram, Pawan Kalyan, Devi Sri Prasad is said to be what working in favour of the film. Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel are romancing Pawan in this family entertainer. Pawan will be seen as a software engineer.
Even as last two films of Pawan (Sardaar Gabbar Singh & Katamarayudu) failed to meet the expectations, it has no effect on Pawan's forthcoming film PK25. Once again, Pawan Kalyan is proving to be an undisputed King in trade circuits.
There is no stopping for Keerthy Suresh it seems. With two big hits in Telugu in her kitty, she already has Pawan-Trivikram project and 'Mahanati' on sets. As per the latest reports, Baahubali makers have signed her for their next film.
We have earlier reported that K Raghavendra Rao's son Prakash Kovelamudi will direct the next production venture of Arka Media, the production house which bankrolled Baahubali. Happening hero Sharwanand is on board to play the lead in this high budget film to be made on Rs 40 crore.
Now, Baahubali producers have reportedly signed Keerthy Suresh to play the film's leading lady. She was very impressed with the narration given to her hence she has decided to come on board despite her busy schedules. The film is expected to go on floors next year.

Natural star Nani seems to be on the mission to do as many movies as possible while he still was in his prime. As per latest reports, Nani's fourth release of this year is finalized.
This year, Nani has already released two of his movies "Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha" and "Gentleman", and scored two hits. His third release of this year, "Majnu", is all set for release on 23rd of this month. Said to be a triangular love story, Majnu is directed by Virinchi Varma of "Uyyala Jampala" fame.
As per reports, Nani is planning to release his new film "Nenu Local" for this Christmas, in December month. The exact date of release is not decided yet but the makers are targeting the Christmas season for sure. Launched on August 10, the shooting of 'Nenu Local' is progressing well and the film has already finished a large part of its shoot.
'Nenu Local' is directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina of 'Cinema Choopistha Maava' fama and it has Keerthy Suresh as the love interest of Nani. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring music with Dil Raju producing the film on Sri Venkateswara Creations Banner.
