Finally, it was none other than Sumanth who coined the DONORuda word after randomly while taking a shower. The famous Balakrishna song Naruda O Naruda was also of help. He added the D in front of O Naruda, thus arriving at DONORuda.

Immediately, Sumanth started discussing this idea with friends and well-wishers. When he randomly shared this title with SS Rajamouli and MM Keeravani at a film function, both of them along with their families were in splits of laughter. Rajamouli told him to lock it and look no further.

hooping Price For Vijay's Movie?

With his immense fans following and enthusiasm among trade circles for his films, Ilayapathy Vijay enjoys top spot in Kollywood in this generation. The actor is next coming up with an action thriller film Bairavaa which is hot cake in market right now.

While the makers are planning to release this big ticket film as a Pongal 2017 treat, business talks have already started. It has been officially confirmed that the entire Tamil Nadu distribution rights of the film have been seized by Sri Green Productions, a prominent production and film distribution house in TN.

Sri Green Productions is said to have shelled out staggering Rs 43 crores to acquire the rights. Prints and publicity will also cost them bomb. This price indeed is an indication of craze on the project helmed by Bharathan who previously made a successful film Azhagiya Tamil Magan (Maha Muduru in Telugu) with Vijay.

Keerthy Suresh of Nenu Sailaja fame is leading lady in Bairavaa and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a prominent role in the film. It has been reported that Vijay is playing dual roles- as the protagonist and antagonist.

Bairavaa which marks 60th film for Vijay will also be dubbed and released in Telugu.

NTR Needs To Improve His Market Expansion

Young tiger NTR Jr is one of the Top actors of tollywood. Despite losing the plot and falling behind from his peers in the box office race for a few years, the actor has recently zoomed back into Top 3 with the gigantic success of 'Janatha Garage'. Even though NTR has successfully joined shoulders with his peers at box office, he still seems to be lagging in the race of market expansion. 

Mahesh Babu is eyeing at a haul of Tamil market with his next film being directed by AR Murugadoss, who is the second most popular director of Tamil cinema after Shankar. Stylish star Allu Arjun has also announced his direct Tamil film with mass Tamil director Lingusamy, who has good number of hits under his belt.

Prabhas has already become a notable face in kollywood with Baahubali. With the second part, his stardom is expected to further flourish. Ram Charan is noted to Tamil audiences with 'Magadheera' and he already is in discussions with maverick Tamil directors like Mani Ratnam and Gautham Menon for possible collaborations. Pawan Kalyan is excluded from this discussion as his concentration has already shifted from cinema to politics.

NTR is the only top league Telugu actor who is yet to plan a direct Tamil film. Looking at the line-up of his directors, NTR doesn't seem to be having any plans for kollywood. 

Trailer Talk: Hyper

After releasing the film's songs on social media over the last one week, the makers of Ram's soon to be released action entertainer Hyper have released the theatrical trailer last night.

The trailer is high on entertainment quotient and it got a solid response from mass masala movie lovers. In Hyper, Ram is seen as a youngster who is 'on a high and as energetic as a bull that drank a Red Bull'.

Hyper is all about the father-son relationship and what happens when the son shows his 'pichi' towards his father and crosses paths with the baddies. Punch dialogues are aplenty and Ram is impressive in a character with loads of attitude, as usual.

Hyper is directed by Santosh Srinivas, who had earlier given a blockbuster for Ram in the form of is Kandireega. The film has Raashi Khanna playing the female lead, while Satyaraj, Naresh, Rao Ramesh and Thulasi etc play important roles.

After tasting a setback with his debut film and making a good impression with his second attempt, Allu Sirish has worked on his makeover and finally succeeded in his third attempt with 'Srirasthu Subhamasthu'.

This Allu Aravind produced romantic drama has completed its 50 days run and has been termed a hit at the box office. Sirish's hardwork has finally paid off with the film turning out to be a profitable venture for his father, Allu Arvind.

Released amidst decent reviews for Sirish's makeover and performance, 'Srirasthu Subhamasthu' slowly but steadily marched at the box office. Made on a budget of Rs 9 Cr (including Publicity costs), 'Srirasthu Subhamasthu' has collected a decent Rs 10 Cr share from worldwide box office in its full run. Satellite rights were sold for a cool Rs 3.25 Cr.

With the confidence given by this success, Sirish is heard to be enthusiastically listening to scripts and his next project is expected to be announced soon. 

Is It Nag's Worst Choice?

Akkineni Nagarjuna is one of the most successful senior actors in the Telugu film industry. So, his special appearances will be sought by filmmakers for obvious reasons, to get much needed attention for their films.

Nag's special appearances were seen in 6 films in the past one decade and surprisingly all of them turned out to be flops. 'Thakita Thakita', 'Jagadguru Aadishankaracharya', Lakshmi Manchu's 'Dongaata', Anushka's 'Size Zero', Akhil Akkineni's debut film 'Akhil' and the latest 'Nirmala Convent' are the six films in which Nag made special appearances in the past one decade.

While the first five have already proved to be flops, Nag's latest production venture 'Nirmala Convent', in which he also sang a song besides playing a cameo, is allegedly heading towards a failure at the box office. Is Nag choosing wrong films for his cameos or are his cameos proving to be bad omen for the films?

It may be noted that Nagarjuna's last successful cameo was seen in Raghava Lawrence's 'Style', which released in 2006.

Box office emperor Salman Khan's films not only rake hundreds of crores at the box office but also crack staggering satellite rights' deals, in the range of Rs 50 Cr. Would you believe that the satellite rights of MS Dhoni's biopic were sold for a higher price than of a Salman Khan's film?

'M S Dhoni: The Untold Story', the upcoming biopic on Dhoni, one of India's most successful cricketing stars, has proved to be a goldmine for its makers. As per latest reports, the biopic has recovered Rs 104 Cr even before it hit screens across the world.

The lion share of this recovery goes to the film's satellite rights, which have been sold off for a record Rs 55 Cr. In comparison, even a Salman Khan's film earns Rs 3-4 Cr less. The satellite deal of Dhoni's biopic is a proof of the popularity of the cricketer. Irrespective of the box office performance of the film, audiences are believed to make it a big hit on Television.

The makers have recovered an additional Rs 5 crore from music and Rs 10 crore from overseas rights. Brand endorsements have reportedly fetched as much as Rs 20 crore. Moreover, a Hollywood studio has reportedly bought the English remake rights for a whopping Rs 10 crore.

The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer film will release across the globe on September 30 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages. 

Tagore Sentiment For Khaidi No.150?

Makers of megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th film are not only roping in top technicians and actors but also seem to be making sure to infuse all the positive vibes in the film, to make it a huge hit.

As per latest reports, actress Shriya Saran has been roped in to play a cameo in 'Khaidi No.150'. Kajal Aggarwal is already playing the love interest of Chiru in the film. As the legendary actor is playing dual role in the film, Shriya is heard to have been roped in to pair up with the second role of Chiru.

In fact, the second character of Vijay didn't have a leading lady in the original 'Katthi'. However, VV Vinayak, the director of 'Khaidi No.150', is believed to have etched the role of a romantic partner for the second character and roped in Shriya to resurrect the sentiment of 'Tagore'. It may be recalled that the iconic blockbuster film had Chiranjeevi romancing Shriya in Vinayak's direction. Shriya is expected to bring the 'Tagore' luck for 'Khaidi No.150'.

The shooting is currently progressing at brisk pace with Sankranthi release as target. 

Is Allu Arjun Tried To Push NTR Into Tricky Situation?

Close on the heels of few news reports that Linguswamy and NTR may team up, Allu Arjun has made a swift and timely move by announcing his next film with the ace Tamil director. With this, Allu Arjun said to have put a checkmate to NTR by pushing him into a tricky situation as the Janatha Garage actor is in dire need of a top director to join his forces.

Though Bunny has been toying with the idea of collaborating with Linguswamy for longtime, he hasn't finalised it until the director decided to move on to do it with Bunny's peer NTR.

Apparently, the Nannaku Prematho actor was impressed with a story narrated by Pandem Kodi director and both were contemplating to work on. That's when Allu Arjun has gone onto announce his next project with Linguswamy and taken many by surprise. Meantime, NTR has an option in form of director Puri Jagannadh and it depends on the fate of Puri's ongoing film Ism. 

After Movies It's Time for Teasers To clash?

If the latest reports in film circles are anything to go by, superstar Mahesh Babu and mega power star Ram Charan might clash once again.

It may be recalled that 'SVSC' and 'Nayak' starring Mahesh and Charan respectively, clashed for Sankranthi 2013. During the same season next year, the duo clashed once again with their respective films 'Nenokkadine' and 'Yevadu'. Even 'Govindudu Andarivadele' and 'Aagadu' were released with a gap of less than two weeks.

However, this time their films will not be clashing directly but the duo are gearing to release the teasers of their much awaited films on the same day. Mahesh Babu is currently busy shooting for his new film in the direction of AR Murugadoss. The first look of this action entertainer is expected to arrive for Dasara with the teaser arriving for Diwali festival.

On the other hand, the first look of Charan's 'Dhruva' was already released to good response. Film's teaser will be released for this Diwali.

The comparisons will obviously be drawn as both the films are expected to have the actors playing police officer role.  Staggering expectations are riding on both the films and we hope both actors satisfy movie lovers with their film teasers.  

Nagarjuna To Fulfill Samantha's Desire?

Actress Samantha, who has recently cited 'lack of meaningful roles for heroines in South' as the reason for not signing films, seems to have decided to produce films on her own.

'Why float a banner to produce films when I have a senior producer like Akkineni Nagarjuna as my future father-in-law,' might have been the idea of Samantha before she approached Nag to produce the Telugu remake of super hit Kannada film 'U Turn'.

In fact, Samantha wanted to act in and produce the Telugu remake of 'U Turn' a long ago itself after she was impressed with the original film. However, as she got busy with her personal life (possibly wedding turmoil) and prior commitments, she postponed the remake idea.

Now, her future father-in-law, Nagarjuna is heard to have offered to produce this Telugu remake to satisfy the hunger of Samantha for author backed and challenging roles. 'U Turn' is a heroine-centric psychological thriller.

An official announcement about the remake is awaited. 

Leaked Pics From Baahubali 2?

After calling off the shooting for few days due to incessant rains that rocked Hyderabad, it's business as usual for team Baahubali as SS Rajamouli has resumed the film's shoot. Presently, the shoot of the film is set in a quarry in Rajendranagar of Hyderabad where Jakkanna is canning a crucial sequence in the movie. Reports have it that Prabhas was trained for over 30 days alone for this particular sequence in the film.

Meanwhile, few pics from the sets of Baahubali 2 have been leaked and the pics have gone viral online. Social media is abuzz with the pics that got leaked. Since Rajamouli and team are very particular on the film's content and don't want to go out without their permission, netizens are wondering who's behind these leak.

Touted to be magnum opus film with ensemble cast, the second part of the film is slated for release on Apr 28, 2017. 

Jasmine For Khaidi No.150

Megastar Chiranjeevi's eagerly awaited 150th film is going to mark the tollywood debut of a crazy Punjabi singer, Jasmine Sandlas.

Jasmine Sandlas is a songwriter and singer who mainly works in Bollywood and Punjabi film industry. She also featured on the MTV Coke Studio. After a successful stint in Punjabi, Jasmine made her debut in Bollywood as a Playback singer for Salman Khan's 'Kick' in 2014.

She has now reportedly recorded her first Telugu song for 'Khaidi No.150'. Devi Sri Prasad must be credited for introducing this crazy singer to tollywood. "Recorded my first Telugu song with the legendary DSP for none other than megastar. Feel so lucky," Jasmine tweeted to share her excitement with her followers.

Jasmine is believed to have sung for either the item song or for the introductory song of Chiru.

After Shruti, Is It Pawan's Turn?

Right after the completion of 'Premam' audio launch event, film's lead actress Shruti Haasan left for London. This act is now being seen as tit for tat to Pawan Kalyan.

Shruthi Haasan, who has been roped in to play the female lead of Pawan Kalyan in 'Katama Rayudu', has actually allotted her dates for the film's shoot from September 1st week. However, as Pawan was busy with his political endeavors, she been asked to wait for indefinite period.

The regular shoot of 'Katama Rayudu' has started the other day and Pawan is expected to start shooting from 24th. As Pawan is now ready for shoot, Shruti has left for London to take part in the shooting of few songs of Suriya starrer 'Singham 3'. Now, Pawan has to wait patiently until Shruti comes back.

Meanwhile, the unit of 'Katama Rayudu' has planned to shoot Pawan's scenes with other actors. Even after her return, Shruti is expected to take part in the shoot of her dad's 'Sabash Naidu'. So, the makers of Katama Rayudu have to undertake the ominous task of managing the dates of both Pawan and Shruti and finish their scenes without any hassle. 

Allu Arjun's Tamil Debut is Produced By Studio Green

Mega fans, who were disappointed with the postponement of Ram Charan's 'Dhruva' from Dasara season, will surprisingly get a treat from megastar Chiranjeevi on the festival eve.

We have already reported that Chiru will host the 4th season of 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu'. Mega fans have been eagerly waiting for this season as for the first time megastar is going to host a television show. 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' has been a highly successful show and it ran with huge TRPs in the first three seasons. Kajal Is Also In Dasara Race?

Godavari Girl With Surya For a Special Song?

Actress Neetu Chandra, who has made a splashy appearance in Sekhar Kammula's 'Godavari' movie, has reportedly danced to a special song in Suriya's forthcoming action entertainer 'Singam 3'.

The song was reportedly shot at a specially set erected at Binny Mills in Chennai over a period of four days. It is not exactly an item song but said to be the introductory song of Suriya. Neetu Chandra will however be seen shaking her booty in this special song beginning with the line "Sona Sona Supersonic". Harris Jayaraj has composed this peppy number. It may be recalled that actress Anjali had done a special song in "Singam 2".

The shooting of S3 is nearing completion. The teaser of the film is likely to be released for Diwali festival and the trailer and film's album are expected to be unveiled in the month of November. Makers have recently announced that S3 will screens on December 16.

Written and directed by Hari, S3 is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja and the film stars Shruti Haasan and Anushka as the female leads.

Rajamouli has released the first Telugu song?

After superstar Rajinikanth and Suriya, ace tollywood director SS Rajamouli has jumped in the bandwagon of celebs to promote the biopic on Team India's most successful captain, MS Dhoni.

Rajamouli has released the first Telugu song from the film. Titled 'Prathi Galli Lo Dhoni Yee', the song is rendered by SPB Charan. The video song has striking visuals that portray the madness for cricket and Dhoni in the Indian streets. The song is sure to give goosebumps to cricket lovers.

MS Dhoni's biopic is titled 'M S Dhoni - The Untold Story' and it stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the titular role. The film will have a simultaneous release on September 30 in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages across the globe.

For nearly a decade, NTR didn't have a solid blockbuster in hand and his fans were painfully waiting for that one hit film which will make them lift their heads high in pride. Finally, Janatha Garage turned out to be that much awaited hit.

Incidentally, 2016 has been the best year in Young Tiger's 15-year-old career. Apart from Janatha Garage, yet another NTR film, Nannaku Prematho, which released during Sankranthi this year, has grossed nearly 87 crores, apart from becoming NTR's first 50 crore share film.

With these two back-to-back hits, NTR has created a unique record of collecting a combined gross of more than Rs. 200 crores in the same year by any actor in Tollywood after Prabhas' Baahubali feat. Samantha: I'm happy to marry that person

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu finally confessed her romantic relationship with her 'Ye Maaya Chesave' co-star Naga Chaitanya.

Samantha informed to get tie knot with Chaitu next year with blessings of both the families. What's more, she has no resistance from Chaitu's family regarding her acting career.

"I'm happy to marry the person who encourages my acting career. I'm delighted to enter into such supporting family. I will continue acting until filmmakers reject me. Bollywood trend of heroines continuing acting even after marriage should come forth here in Tollywood too," says Sam.

Sam affirms Chaitu made her confusing life to be stable. "We are very good friends since 'Ye Maaya Chesave' days. We haven't yet decided on marriage date which will be known only 3 months prior even to our parents," states Sam.

In fact, Sam revealed to be in relationship long ago, but she continuously refused to disclose name of the man in her life. Chaitu, on the other hand also maintained mum over the love affair had even avoided media.

Veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao teased Chaitu on his love affair during Premam audio launch couple of days ago has spread smiles in auditorium. When everyone got clarity over Chaitu and Sam's love story, the actress has now made it official.

While Chaitu is waiting for release of Premam and has signed couple of projects, Sam is yet to decide on her next project as she claims of not getting good roles. 

Dasari Teases Chai With a Compliment

Ever since the love story of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha broke out, they were not been able to face media properly and finding ways to escape journalists. However, Chaitanya admitted his relationship with the YMC actress at a couple of interviews in Hyderabad and Chennai.

The star couple may have been silently enjoying the headlines running about their marriage but people around them seems very anticipated to make it public.

Although major amount of hoopla was put to rest after Nagarjuna's confirmation at a press meet recently, the actor said it'd be made official very soon.

Referring to Samantha from Ye Maaya Chesave, Dasari adds 'Chaitu's boy-next-door looks might swept her off her feet." The audio of Premam, also featuring Shruti Haasan and Madonna Sebastian, was unveiled on Tuesday evening to coincide with ANR's 92nd anniversary. 

Chaitu Is relying more on Krishnas?

Even with low success rate, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has always been one of the most wanted young actors for Telugu filmmakers.

With two of his movies 'Premam' and 'Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo' slated for release in the coming months, Naga Chaitanya has already given his consent for 3 new films. Interestingly, all the three films will be directed by directors with the name Krishna.

Kalyan Krishna, who scored a resounding blockbuster with his debut film 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' starring Nagarjuna, has already been announced as the director of Chaitu's immediate next film. Rakul Preet Singh will play the lead heroine in this project.

Acclaimed director Indraganti Mohan Krishna of 'Ashta Chamma' and 'Gentleman' fame has also announced to direct Chaitanya in his next project. The film will be produced by Vaarahi Creations.

Naga Chaitanya is also in talks to act in a film to be produced on Suresh Productions. Debutant Krishna will direct this film.

All the three directors in queue for Chaitu have the common name 'Krishna'. Chaitu hopes to score successes with all of them and further cement his position in tollywood. 

Dhoni May Seek Services Of Tamil SuperStar?

Ever since the trailer of 'MS Dhoni- the untold story' launched, the captain cool is aggressively taking part in promotions of the film along with lead actor Sushant Singh Rajput and director Neeraj Pandey.

The multi-lingual biopic, which brings the light up on Dhoni's struggle from childhood, is due to release on 30th September. The Indian skipper, who thinks the film doesn't glorify him, seems to have a unique strategy when it comes to promoting Tamil version.

Yes, the superstar of cricket MS Dhoni is a local boy for Chennai considering the long association he had with Chennai Super Kings during IPL. Trailer Talk: Chai Is Perfect Replacement, Soulful Music

The most eagerly awaited theatrical trailer of Naga Chaitanya's forthcoming film, Premam, has been released during the film's audio album launch function a while ago.

Die-hard fans of Premam from not only Kerala but even from Tamil Nadu and the two Telugu states have been curious to see if the trailer can recreate the soulful magic set by the Malayali original.

The trailer cut lacks the touching moments that were aplenty in the Malayalam original, makers might have kept them under wrap for movie. However, the makers were spot on with the casting. Chay is a perfect replacement for Nivin Pauly, and young Malayali kuttis Anupama and Madonna and even Shruti Hassan leave the fans mesmerized. Soulful music which played in the original is reproduced here with the same feel.

Right from the title to trailer, fans have been comparing it to the original. Let's see if at least the movie will live upto the fans expectations.

Is Chiranjeevi Ready to break TRP Ratings?

Nagarjuna hosted game show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu was one of most successful shows in Telugu with good TRP ratings for each episode. Few episodes which witnessed star celebrities had got ratings on par with hit movie screened in small screen.

It is a known fact that, megastar Chiranjeevi will be hosting latest and fourth season of Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu to be telecasted in MAA TV. The megastar is shooting for promotional video of the show in Annapoorna Studios. So, a small teaser of Chiru hosting a TV show for the first time will be out soon.

When Nagarjuna was in bad phase, MEK gave him big support by taking him close to families and others. It was favorite show for elders and also students of different ages. Nag scored hat trick hits after hosting MEK show.

Now, in order to move close to family audiences, Chiranjeevi is set to host MEK forthcoming season. Nag has played his role perfectly. Well, it will be interesting to see how Chiru would impress small screen spectators. Like Nag, MEK is first TV show for Chiru as a host.

Chiranjeevi graced one of episodes of MEK 1st season as a guest. It got a TRP rating of 12.34 which was a single episode record. MEK average rating for a show for 1st season is said to be 9.33. Thus, Chiru is expected to break TRP ratings, like he broke BO records in his heydays in films.

Yet another star actress fell prey to cyber hacking menace. Popular Kannada and Tamil actress Sonu Gowda aka Shruthi Ramakrishna was in utter shock when three of her pictures showing her in compromising positions along with an unidentified man have been leaked online.

Soon after Sonu's private pictures fell in the hands of media, they spread like wildfire and several imaginary stories made headlines since yesterday. Almost all the media channels said that the man in the pictures is the son of a politician.

However, a distraught Sonu gave an interview to a news channel in which she fought back at the media and those propagating false stories and revealed that the man is her husband Manoj Gowda.

Sonu also said that certain people who are jealous of her success are behind this leakage to make her suffer professionally and personally. The actress has already filed a police complaint. Sonu's next release is the Jiiva and Kajal starrer Kavalai Vendam.

A kind of revolution has started among Tollywood writers in the last few years.

Recently, writer turned director Koratala Siva has created a huge stir in the film industry by revealing how he was not given story credit for 'Simha'. The other day, writer Diamond Rathnam also lashed out at filmmakers for giving least importance to writers. In the past, writers like Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan and few others have also raised their voice against this culture.

Noted writer Vakkantham Vamsi, who has provided script for big ticket films including 'Yevadu', 'Race Gurram', 'Kick', 'Oosaravelli', 'Temper' etc. has now joined the chorus and revealed the reason of his inclination towards direction.

'Writers play the most important part in the making of a film but everyone gets the credit except writers. Sometimes producers and directors casually say that they forgot to take the name of writers in audio functions and success meets. Often, half of the script gets altered by director and writers can't do anything about it. Most of the times, directors take credit for script and writers are left with neither credit nor deserving pay. Each writer has his own reasons for trying to become a director and I have mine,' Vamsi added talking about the plight of writers.

After waiting for a long time to direct NTR, Vakkantham is now making plans to direct Bunny in his debut project, which might take off in January 2017. 

Nuvvu Nenu Fame Anitha Visits Sri Kalahasti to Seek Children

Actress Anitha Reddy of 'Nuvvu Nenu' fame has reportedly paid a visit to the holy temple in Sri Kalahasthi, to seek children.

Even after making a resounding debut in tollywood with Teja's 'Nuvvu Nenu', Anitha failed to make it big here. After making her presence felt in a couple of films, Anitha entered into wedlock in October 2013. The married actress has reportedly visited Kalahasthi and offered special prayers to Rahu-Kethu deities seeking children.

Anita is all set to make her comeback to tollywood with RP Patnaik's upcoming film 'Manalo Okadu', which is slated for release this month.  She is heard to have performed Shiva-Parvathi puja as well for the success of her film. 

Geetanjali and Abhinetri producer arrested?

MVV Satyanarayana, who's co-producing Telugu version of Abhinetri with writer Kona Venkat, was reportedly arrested in Vishakapatnam.

Reports suggest that the producer, who's also into real estate business, is taken into police custody for involving in land grabbing in Vizag. According to the case filed, MVV Satyanarayana had illegally occupied a neighbor's land to lay road for his housing project in Vizag. In the past, a lot of complaints related to land grabbing were registered with his name included.

It remains to be seen how MVV's arrest will impact his next project, titled Lakkunodu, with Manchu Vishnu. With Geetanjali starring Anjali and Srinivas Reddy, MVV made a decent debut as a producer and his next venture with Kona Venkat - Abhinetri (Telugu version of Tutak Tutak Tutiya) is due for release on 7th October.

We all know that ace producer Dil Raju is a very clever businessman. He has a very good taste for movies and also makes them within a constraint budget and markets then quite well.

Apart from this, he also buys the various rights of hit films and makes super profits. Once again, the mega-producer has landed one more deal from his production house which will leave him in huge profits.

Latest reports reveal that Dil Raju has sold out the overseas distribution rights of his five upcoming films for a whopping 18.5 crores. The films include Nenu Local, Shatamanam Bhavati, Fidaa, Duvvada Jaggannadham and a film with Hebah Patel.

Dil Raju landed this deal which will also help the distributors who will share the profits with the ace producer. Overall, Dil Raju once again proves that with perfect planning one plans many films and see that they also do good business.

Karan Johar Again Acquired Rights Of Rana's Next Movie

After acquiring the Hindi dubbed version of Baahubali for a whopping price, Karan Johar, one of India's most happening filmmakers, gave it a humongous release and publicised it on par with any other Bollywood biggie and the rest as they say was history.

Not many know that it was Rana Daggubati, thanks to his close contacts in Bollywood, who was instrumental in Karan acquiring Baahubali. Karan will also be releasing Baahubali's second part, The Conclusion, next summer.

Now, Rana has once again got Karan onboard for his forthcoming Telugu-Hindi bilingual war drama, Ghazi. According to the latest buzz, Karan has acquired Ghazi's Hindi version and he is planning to give it a huge release across the country.

Ghazi's story is based on the mysterious sinking of the PNS Ghazi submarine in Visakhapatnam during the Indo-Pak war in 1971. The film has been directed by debutant Sankalp Reddy and produced by PVP Cinema.

Taapsee plays a crucial role in the film. After the grand success of Baahubali and the latest Pink, craze for Rana and Taapsee have increased across North and with Karan Johar's entry, Ghazi will surely make a strong impact at the box-office. 

Premam Jukebox Is OUT

The much awaited album of Naga Chaitanya Akkineni's upcoming romantic drama 'Premam' has finally been unveiled.

The album contains seven songs with 'Evare' already proved to be a favorite of listeners. 'Bang Bang' was also released couple of days ago and it was met with lukewarm response. The audio launch event will take place on 20th Sep evening at Novotel in Hyderabad. Music of this romantic drama is composed by Gopi Sundar and Rajesh Murugeshan

Starring Shruthi Hassan, Anupama Parameswaran and Madonna Sebastian as the three female leads, 'Premam' is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and Produced by Naga Vamsi Suryadevara under Sithara Entertainments banner. The film will hit screens for Dasara festival.

Pooja Hegde learns Aerial Silk For DJ

Slender beauty Pooja Hegde, whose spirits were down after scoring a disaster like "Mohenjo Daro", has got a breather when she was finalized to play the female lead in Allu Arjun's upcoming film "DJ - Duvvada Jagannadham".

Pooja Hegde plays a modern girl in DJ, which is said to be a quirky romantic entertainer. Pooja seems to have decided to learn an acrobatic dance form called 'Aerial Silk' to achieve impeccable figure and agility for her film opposite Bunny. The Miss Universe India 2010 2nd Runner-up has posted a pic on her social media page to in which she was seen indulged in the dance form.

DJ is the third Telugu film for Pooja Hegde after "Mukunda" and "Oka Laila Kosam". Two years ago, she was in good demand in tollywood but the saucy seductress rejected all the offers after she had signed a two year contract for 'Mohenjo Daro'. So, she now hopes to make up for the lost time by impressing the Telugu audiences big time with 'DJ'.

Venky's Safe Deal For GURU

Hero Venkatesh's Guru first look poster released couple of days ago to good response. Venkatesh stunned one and all with his complete makeover for the film. The actor built muscular physique looked rugged with grown beard and moustaches.

We reliably learnt that, Venkatesh is charging zero remuneration. But he cleverly made an interesting deal with his producers. As per it, Venky will get the amount of satellite rights deal as his pay for Guru. Perhaps, this is the first time; a Telugu hero is keeping satellite rights with him.

In fact, most of the senior and top stars of Tollywood are demanding area rights, whereas Venky who has good following among families has asked his makers to pay 'satellite rights' amount.

Despite box office results, Venkatesh's films make decent business, when it comes to small screen. Therefore, he did make right deal. We need to see how much satellite business will Guru make!

In the film, Venkatesh is playing boxing coach and Ritika Singh will be seen as his student. Guru is official remake of Hindi- Tamil hit film Saala Khadoos (Irudhi Suttru). Sudha Kongara is directing the film being made under Y Not Studios Banner by S Sasikanth. 

The makers have plans to release Guru for Christmas, 2016. 

Kajal can't accept item songs

Actress Kajal Agarwal was offered an item song in Janatha Garage when she was going through tough face with continuous flops. The NTR and Mohanlal starrer film is turning out to be one of the biggest blockbusters of Tollywood.

Post release of this film, Kajal was flooded with offers, especially item songs in star hero films. However, the actress is smoothly rejecting all of them, since she is busy with multiple projects in Telugu and Tamil.

Kajal is presently working for the prestigious 150th project of megastar Chiranjeevi titled Khaidi No 150. This is obviously a life time opportunity for Kajal who bagged the film when most of senior actresses are busy with other commitments.

Kajal is simultaneously working for Rana's untitled film in Teja's direction. She is also part of Thala 57th film. Apart from these, Kajal has few more films in her kitty.

Thus, owing to busy schedules Kajal can't accept item songs for now, although she is offered huge amounts as pay for 3 to 4 days of shoot for special songs. 

No one expected This From Jhansi!

When a felicitation ceremony is held for a legendary artist, he obviously expects to hear some good and praising words about him. However, legendary singer Yesudas was appalled after he was called 'Amarudu' by the event's anchor Jhansi.

Going into details, an event to honor the legendary singer Yesudas was held the other day in Tirupathi and noted Telugu anchor Jhansi was roped in as the host. In her bid to use larger than life words to describe the singer, Jhansi called him 'Amara Gaayakudu', a word used only for late singers.

The remark of Jhansi shocked all the guests at the event including Yesudas. They hoped that she will soon realize her big blunder and correct it by tendering an apology but the excited anchor continued in her flow. Yesudas had a blank expression on his face which might be because of the anger but he kept his composure throughout the event.

No one expected that a senior anchor like Jhansi would commit such a blunder on-stage. 

Koratala gave valid reason for not approaching Balayya for Mohanlal's Role

Nandamuri fans have been waiting for a long time to see the two powerful actors from the family, Balakrishna and NTR sharing screen space in a film.

NTR's latest release 'Janatha Garage' would have become that much longed film but Mohan Lal was chosen for the second powerful role in the film. Many opined that the film would have become a much bigger hit if Balayya had played the role that Lal did. Speaking on the same, film's director Koratala Siva said that Balayya won't suit for the role.

Koratala explained valid reason for not approaching Balayya. 'The expectations would be gigantic if Balayya and NTR were cast in a film. People will forget the story and concentrate only on their combinational scenes which will hamper the film. Moreover, the role doesn't suit to Balayya's image,' Koratala reasoned.

Koratala was absolutely right. Mohan Lal played a sensible character in the film with no punch dialogues and heroism elevating scenes. Can the fans of Balayya digest him in such a submissive role?, absolutely not.

The wish of Nandamuri fans would only be fulfilled if both the actors get powerful roles, which is not impossible but almost impossible.  

Surya's Singham 3 Release Date Confirmed

The release date of Suriya's eagerly awaited action entertainer 'S3' has just been announced as December 16, 2016.

Although the Hari directorial was earlier slated for worldwide release for Diwali festival, Suriya decided to postpone the film to December to give a free passage to his younger brother Karthi, whose high budget thriller 'Kashmora' is targeting the festival slot.

S3 is the third part of Suriya's successful 'Singham' series. Hari is back as director and Anushka is reprising her role. She will be seen as Suriya's wife in this film. Hansika, who was seen in the second part, will not be present and Shruthi Haasan has made her way into the franchise with this third part. While Devi Sri Prasad scored the music for the first two parts, Harris Jayaraj has been brought on board for the third part.

Distribution rights of the film have already been sold for whopping prices. Makers expect 'S3' to have a dream run in the month of Christmas. KE Gnanvel Raja of Studio Green is producing the film on a huge budget. 

Avasarala Srinivas: I Did not Direct Climax!

When actor turned director Srinivas Avasarala geared up for the release of Jyo Achyutananda, he was braving the much dreaded 'second film jinx' sentiment. However, Avasarala came out flying colours as the film is running well and even earned him a good name.

To celebrate his second film's success and promote the film, Srinivas Avasarala, along with the film's heroes Nara Rohit and Naga Shourya, interacted with a popular news channel last night and revealed an interesting secret about the film.

Avasarala said that he did not direct the climax scenes which had Nani in a special appearance. It was in fact Srinivas Avasarala's 'guru' and his first film Ashta Chamma's director Indraganti Mohanakrishna who directed the climax scene.

Srinivas said that Mohanakrishna paid a surprise visit to the sets on the day of the shooting of this scene and that he then donned the director's hat and called the shots.

Srinivas also revealed that he appeared alongside Nani in that scene to relive the Ashta Chamma days, but he had removed his shots during the editing.
